Cour Expeerience provides the tools teens and young adults need to conquer self-esteem issues, lack of direction, peer related stress, media influences, and the complex world they live in. I served as facilitatator of the HeartMath sessions during the weekend workshops presenting HeartMath techniques to both the young adults and their parents. As a new organization, we researched our competition and studies successful efforts in this arena such as the Stanford Projecct. This working-board, reequired that each board member take on specific tasks aligned with their individual skill sets and life experience. When I left the organization in May of 2018, future plans were solidly in place and a reliable funding stream had been secured.
