My duties began as a ticket agent part time which then evolved into a full-time management position. As a ticket agent I was responsible for selling tickets either over the phone or at the ticket window. Fulfilling subscriptions and working on our ticketing campaign were other aspects of the position along with ticket delivery.When I became Box Office Associate Manager my responsiblities changed to assisting the Manager with the Ticket Agent team members. Overseeing our ticketing campaign, ticket sales, customer complaints as well as ticket delivery.

Worked with clients to secure financing for their homes either as a 1st or 2nd mortgage. Also packaged loans to send to the lenders and followed through completion to include supporting documentation and approval as well as readying for closing.
