I am passionate about how organizational development and communication can contribute to successfulness and create value! I enjoy beeing a leader aswell as develop, lead and coach others to create organizations that reaches goals and comitted coworkers. I am happily overall responsible for both internal and external communications, which includes a wide range of responsibilities. I lead - develop and evaluate communication projects and I work both strategically and operationally. I am a responsive coach who is passionate about creating clear processes that result in effect and development. For me, achieving results and showing results is as important as having fun on the way there. I proudly lead the people in the communications team that creates the magic to create the best customer expreience. I am used to manage different projects with clear goals and effect in focus. As I am a part of the management team, I have no problems supporting the management of different range, when it comes to communication issues, change- or communication projects. I lead with egagement and encouragement to create value - both for my team but also for the collegues around us, and not at least, our costumers. My leadership is clear and as well as I am a responsive follower – I easily create and nurture relationships, establishing trust and conviction regarding my heart issues - communication and branding, internally as well as externally.My assignment involves to, with great commitment, creativity and involvement, create and follow communicative strategies and plans towards the chosen receiver, whether they are internal or external - customer, leader or employee. I see challenges as opportunities and my experience has taught me that the way to handle challenges creates more value than the “traditionally positive” communication. My mission includes another very important aspect – the employer branding. This means the importance of generating pride for my employer, participation and communicating good examples and initiatives internally.
