About Linda Harding-Bond

I just closed a successful 15 month assignment as General Manager for the most viewed immersive experience in the world, Exhibition Hub's Van Gogh Exhibit. As someone who had been deeply entrenched in the training realm of the spa industry until COVID, I discovered there is little difference from a customer service perspective. As with spa, it doesn’t matter how fabulous the surroundings are or how exquisitely the exhibition flows if your customers are not thrilled! Living in Thailand from 2014-2020 afforded me the opportunity to teach teams across different cultures. I was able to better understand the part that culture and personality plays in how we interact.
