I just closed a successful 15 month assignment as General Manager for the most viewed immersive experience in the world, Exhibition Hub's Van Gogh Exhibit. As someone who had been deeply entrenched in the training realm of the spa industry until COVID, I discovered there is little difference from a customer service perspective.
