I'm a senior at the University at Buffalo studying Exercise Science. I currently have my CPT through the NSCA and work part time as a personal trainer at Crunch Fitness. After graduation, I plan on taking the NSCA CSCS exam and pursuing a career in Strength and Conditioning field. I've completed internships with a private personal training facility called 'The G.Y.M. , the UB football Strength and Conditioning team, and the fitness/gym classes at Mount Saint Mary Academy. I work well in a team environment, I love helping and encouraging others. On the other hand, my leadership skills allow me to step up and take charge when need be.
