Her background encompasses management, office automation, technical publications, accounting, legal and medical transcription, document and proposal preparation. Linda's degree in Communications, coupled with her experience as an application developer, end-user and instructor, gives her a unique perspective on training. She has a talent of presenting complex, technical topics in a fun and informative way.
