Managed team supporting Sr. Vice President in a new business venture creating corporate competency based online learning. This was a new channel for Capella Education Company and an exciting opportunity to build a large-scale innovative solution from the beginning. With an initial budget of 2 million, we established a team of internal people, contractors, and vendors at the core of the initiative. Detailed planning and organization included early releases with three large corporate customers for in-depth testing and refinement before final product launch. I supervised a strong team of architects, writers, designers, developers, vendors and SMEs and drove a very aggressive timeline with an estimated run rate of $10million by end of 2016.
