Liaison with Manufacturing, Engineering and R&D to provide customer communication regarding Pall’s investigation of potential quality issues. 3. This position is responsible for post market surveillance which includes quality alerts, trending and CAPA effectiveness. 4. Coordinate and implement the complaint process which includes:1. Field calls from sales staff and customers on issues relating to product use and potential quality issues.2. Receive and document customer quality complaints into complaint management system. Information is distributed on internal daily review.3. Provide guidance for work allocation, triage POR initiation process, assist with obtaining required data from customers and review each complaint for compliance.4. Liaise with product occurrence/ corrective action staff at manufacturing facilities to provide direction of POR investigation through teleconferences or meetings with sales representative / technical marketing assistants.5. Prepare customer response letters based on investigation / parametric results. Work with Technical, Commercial, Manufacturing and engineering to determine appropriate language to be used in customer communications.6.
