Supported and advocated for private sector solutions to extreme environmental and sustainability challenges, as well as post-conflict economic recovery and emergency livelihoods - Partnered with governmental/semi-governmental stakeholders including the Ministries of Planning, Labor & Social Affairs and Trade and Industry, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as other public and private sector partners- Authored several internal and external reports; oversaw and editorialized reports and fora by external consultants to ensure quality, on topics including exploiting niche markets, developing value chains, and public/private sector goals- Drafted a roadmap to sustainable development and private sector diversification in the KRI emphasizing equitable access to productive resources including land, water, and energy- Created an effective mechanism to monitor and evaluate projects, conducted impact evaluations and internal reports for all projects implemented under the Emergency Livelihoods component. Developed internal learning documents on key programming areas.- Created and managed a detailed database of program results, developed infographics and donor reports- Managed 6 million US$ in grants to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and NGO partners o Monitored implementing partners’ progress of results-based work plan and budget use, through review of reports and field visits to confirm progress, observe implementation, and meet beneficiaries o Developed projects including log-frames, budget, terms of reference, and monitoring & evaluation plans according to the Programme’s mandate o Provided technical guidance and solutions on implementation challenges to implementing partners o Conducted financial oversight of implementing partners in the form of spot-checks, audit follow-up, and reviewing monthly financial reports
