Competed to become elected as Councillor for district including over 110,000 residents living in 29 community neighbourhoods.- Recruited volunteers from community and business to work on campaign tactics and activities; Led policy team that developed positions on city finances, public transportation, flood mitigation and housing and development matters and successfully raised funds and goods in kind needed for campaign operations.

Client engagements included - - strategic plan for affordable housing project creating over 1500 new housing units- assessing and recommending current stakeholder engagement plan for association with over 10,000 members.

As MLA I energetically represented the more than 50,000 residents living in the southwest communities of Lakeview, Bayview, Palliser, PumpHill, Kingsland, Oakridge, Cederbrae, Braeside, Chinook Park, Kelvin Grove, Eagle Ridge, Haysboro, along with parts of Southwood and North Glenmore Park.- Initiated regular meetings with quality of life organizations; such as community associations; service providers and area businesses and Calgary based Non Profit Organizations.- Chaired Calgary Caucus under leadership of 3 Premiers. - Sales representative providing high quality service and promotional products. - Product lines included Corporate Speciality products (SWAG); along with Flags, Interior and Exterior signage items.

Member of Calgary headquarters team. Involved in office organization; volunteer recruitment and engagement; membership card processing; community outreach; development of Get-Out-the-Vote (GOTV) strategy and implementation.

- Provided support to the 41 volunteer constituency boards of Central and Southern Alberta. - Assisted with CRM training, organizing of volunteeer recruuitment and social evnets.- Along with volunteer chairs and ticket sellers, organized fund raising events in Lethbridge, Red Deer, Medicine Hat and Calgary.- Provided oversight review of financial reporting to Elections Alberta by candidates and constituency associations.
