I moved to San Francisco from New York City without a job and was hired as the 1st employee at an advertising agency start-up. I remember sitting on the floor cutting out AstroTurf for a “March of Dimes” mailing. I’ve carried this knowledge throughout my career.4. I know when to push and when to step back. A previous manager called me a bulldog.5. I have a strong sense of urgency, initiative and competitive drive to get things done. With emphasis on working with and through people in the process. I understand people well and use that understanding effectively in influencing and persuading others to act.6. I’m a lover of the outdoors and hiking. I once hiked to the top of Half Dome and back in one day, 19 miles round-trip!I have expertise in all phases of the project life cycle, budgeting, cost control, and stakeholder relations.
