Initially as an external consultant of the company, restructured the company through systematic review of all areas of business functions, the first and key business change being the product pricing structure to create a profitable product line; created protocols and accountability systems; created decision-making methodology based on business plan goals; interacted with all levels of employees and independent consultant sales representatives, created organizational materials and protocols and removed employees unable to meet position responsibilities and protocols for growth; addressed litigation based on failed relationships prior to joining the company and settled two litigations; instrumental in seeking out new manufacturing facility to maintain U.S. manufacturing as key brand element; key person in building and maintaining manufacturing relationship through oversight of all elements of production; created and strengthened relationships with current and new key vendor relationships for company’s design collections of luxury textiles sold to 4, 5 and 6 star luxury hospitality market in the U.S. and internationally. Became the CEO of the Company in September of 2012, and initiated programs to expand the company's presence in the hospitality and residential markets. One-on-one outreach to CEOs and other “C” level executives of companies with complimentary product lines to create strategic partnerships as well as initiated efforts to expand into the luxury retail market and create a key revenue stream.

Representation of clients in cases involving trademark protection, film contracts and copyright protection; served as counsel to creditor committees, debtors and banking institutions, argued motions, drafted various court papers and prepared briefs on substantive issues, prepared witnesses for and participated in depositions.
