With extensive commercial real estate and business development experience spanning over two decades, Linda Kemby is a strong player in the commercial title insurance space. As Vice President, National Account Manager for Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) division, she is committed to delivering “client first” service while developing intentional relationships with developers, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and principals on a local and national level.Throughout the course of her career, Linda has held high-level positions including Director of Acquisitions for Carmel Partners, Director of Leasing for Carr America, and Tenant Representative for Colliers International. She also founded and lead KembyTV, a corporate communications, media, and production company.Linda is often described as intelligent, energetic, and very likable. What she loves most about what she does is establishing trust and constructing ways to accommodate the needs of her clients so that they may grow their businesses.Linda is a California native and resides in the Bay Area. She holds degrees in Biology and Communications from Stanford University and studied in Stanford University’s Master’s program. Linda served on the Stanford Alumni Board of Governors and is a lifelong member of the Stanford Alumni Association. During her time in Washington, D.C. she was on the board of Washington, DC's downtown Business Improvement District. Linda is also a former Board Member of The Belden Club, a private real estate group in San Francisco. Currently, Linda is an active member of NAIOP, serving on the Program Committee, and is an active member in ULI. She also serves on the Northern California Real Estate & Construction Council (NCREC) supporting the City of Hope, a National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated comprehensive cancer center and world-renowned pioneer in cancer research, treatment and prevention.Linda lives an active lifestyle. When she is not serving her clients or participating in industry events, she can often be found running along the bay or attending Stanford Football games during football season. She is also a member of the Olympic Club. Linda is well-traveled and has independently explored over 40 countries.
