About Linda S. Kerul

This video and a related social media campaign were projects I envisioned, proposed, developed and co-produced to enhance and promote the mission of TLCPL's Diversity Initiative Group (DIG). One of the goals of the project included highlighting and celebrating members of TLCPL's unique staff. The video currently lives on the Employment/Jobs portion of the Library's web page and is used in employee recruitment. In addition photos and bio information of over 50 TLCPL staff members are being regularly posted in a campaign utilizing various social media platforms. One of the goal is to introduce our staff to the community, highlight our diverse staff, and provide a welcoming message. The campaign is currently underway and will continue throughout 2018.
