They include: Increasing corporate revenues 113% ($300K to $641K) over 8 years.Forging long lasting working relationships with area sub-contractors and vendors to profitably meet a large event coordination demand for supplies and services.Boosting event-generated income $64K to $155K from 2010–2018 or 12% annually.Establishing comprehensive policies and procedures for event planning and execution.Experiencing a low employee turnover rate.

This venue consists of 2 restaurants, 18 guest rooms, event rooms, ballroom, and outdoor event space. My job initially was to provide front desk and customer service that led to positions of increasing managerial and administrative responsibilities, including event management, site maintenance, and overall troubleshooting.Key accomplishments were to develop a marketing plan with a local spa, creating a Valentines Weekend Romance Package that existed for numerous years and envisioning a cohesive guest seating plan for weekly Murder Mystery Shows, accommodating ~100 guests for each show while also expediting a fashionable 4-course meals.

In this deeply involved role I researched new store locations, negotiated leases, and collaborated with corporate representatives on store construction. In time, I administered 30+ store managers and associates with industry-low turnover rate.All told, 4 stores were built with a combined sales or $1.2M annually. In fact, I met and surpassed corporate start-up sales goals from the first month of operation. Owning and operating the #1 and #2 Subway sandwich shops in the state of New Hampshire in sales ($580K annually for #1 store) was a significant achievement.

This involved striving to maximize each individual’s potential through focusing on job responsibilities, work attitudes, safety, societal norms, and self help skills.
