Skilled not-for-profit professional with proven success in administration, program management, program evaluation and team leadership. After 15 years as a marketing professional and national product manager, I transitioned into not-for-profit social services to apply my skills and passion to organizations that support vulnerable people in community. My unique skill set – strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent management skills, and a highly empathetic, people-centred approach – enables me to effectively bridge the gap between clients, frontline staff, administration, and funders while identifying areas for growth/improvement and implementing tools and processes to support those developments. Having been formally trained in outcomes-based program evaluation methods including Results-Based Accountability (RBA) and Social Return on Investment (SROI), I am able to ensure processes and programming decisions are purposeful and relevant in contributing to the organization's strategic goals and mission. In July 2018, I relocated to Powell River, British Columbia where I continue to enjoy supporting and working with community.
