Required cross-system data resolution, multiple survey tool upgrades, and ultimately creation of a new tool capable of meeting requirements.• Worked with initial tool vendor to obtain necessary new features. Eventually prepared specifications for a replacement tool, researched options, and recommended Quantellia, LLC. Worked with Quantellia on meeting requirements, distributing the survey, troubleshooting issues, organizing and interpreting findings, and reporting results.
