• Worked with client, working group, and vendors to design and conduct a nationwide questionnaire on court technology, budgeting, and priorities. Consisted of individualized, dynamically generated and pre-populated.
• Worked with initial tool vendor to obtain necessary new features. Eventually prepared specifications for a replacement tool, researched options, and recommended Quantellia, LLC. Worked with Quantellia on meeting.
• In addition to survey development, testing, and implementation, the project involved analysis of responses against multi-year financial and staffing data; the profiling of IT usage; the adjustment of allotment formula.
• Resulted in 1,000+ total respondents, 72% court-unit response rate, and formula-refreshment approval by the Judicial Conference.
