Linda is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and certified yoga instructor. She has been the owner and director of interdisciplinary wellness centers in Orange County since 1977. With a demonstrated track record of developing comprehensive wellness programs, her centers have included psychotherapy, meditation, yoga, acupuncture, Feldenkrais, group therapy, nutrition counseling and massage therapy. She has hosted evidence-based seminars on psychotherapy, mindfulness and stress reduction for employer-based clinics, and for oncology and multiple-sclerosis patients.
