My role performed senior administrative, data entry and analysis functions with a heavy focus on stakeholder relationships.Key responsibilities: • Extensive data entry and analysis duties relating to DFR’s recruiting targets and performance, including regular fortnightly/monthly reporting tasks in addition to frequent ad hoc requests. • Stakeholder engagement – responding to enquiries from managers, headquarters staff and Australian Defence Force personnel and communicating information out to the business around areas of focus and risks to job fulfilment. • Administration support for National Workforce Delivery Manager. This included assisting with drafting policy and procedure documents, updating documents on the team intranet page for the business to reference, and collecting evidence and writing responses for formal Requests for Information from DFR stakeholders and Ministers of Parliament. • People Management duties – providing direction, support and mentoring to Team Leaders, and performance management. • Performed end to end recruitment processes for internal team vacancies. This included writing job ads and position descriptions, shortlisting, preparing interview questions and conducting candidate interviews, submitting staff hire requests and providing candidate feedback. I also completed administration for on-boarding new staff including coordinating system access and IT assets as well as planning the on-boarding training schedule.
