Full responsibility for registrations process of national and international congresses and conferences.Direct communication with clients (Czech and English).Operating specific delegates´ registration software G5 – using custom company software on daily basis.Accepting and handling delegates' registrations, accommodation, tours and social events requests and other specific needs of the clients, communication with embassies, searching for specific information via various search engines, etc.Handling financial aspects, accepting payments via bank transfer, credit card payments, online payments (system MUZO Pay), issuing invoices and refunds, administering all accepted payments for budgeting taxation purposes. Cooperation with company departments – accounting, graphics, sponsoring, etc.Preparation of conference materials, registration on-site during the event
