Managed a wide range of projects including bid management, marketing and PR.Responsibilities included;• Ensuring all tenders and bids were submitted on time and to a high quality standard • Project managing the development and implementation of all regional marketing communications including content creation, e-marketing campaigns (client updates, internal communications and mail-shots) and developing social media strategies to promote the region on social media platforms. • Event management including targeting clients, sourcing venues, managing invitations and appropriate literature and providing full support during events• Identifying opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships with clients to develop new contacts, CSR activities, PR and networking opportunities, coordinating all activities to budget and on time.• Managing the CRM database and championing the use of the tool across the region to report on current opportunities• Maintaining up to date company literature including case studies• Providing full briefs to PR and design agencies and photographers

Linda is an integral member of the global marketing team for WSP’s Environment & Energy division. She is responsible for ensuring a consistent execution of the WSP brand on all external communication campaigns carried out by the team across the world. This includes brochures, campaigns, exhibition materials, online tools and portals as well as the company’s website. Through her active use of various online and social media platforms for WSP, Linda is also experienced at analysing and reporting on usage, such as click throughs, ‘shares’, page views, and data cleansing.Linda works within a small centrally based marketing team in London, but also has regularly virtual contact with other members of the wider global marketing team around the world.Core strengths:Graphic design of brochures, exhibition material and campaigns for audiences worldwide.Print management and distribution.Website and Intranet content management.Corporate design and structuring of online tools, e.g. e-newsletters, LinkedIn pages etc.Data analysis from use of web and online social media tools.Design of presentations.Event management.
