I help people benefit from passive income through investing in real estate with a focus on Residential Assisted Living, Self Storage, Office/Retail, mobile homes and apartment complexes. I put the time and energy into finding interesting projects - and then roll up my sleeves as a business owner to do the hard work to maximize the profitability of the project. Consequently, I offer my investors the ability to put their investing dollars to work with freedom to do what they do best. I strive to find great projects in emerging markets from Colorado to Belize and I am open to look at other emerging markets as well. Investing is a team sport. It has to be a good fit for everyone with personalities and investment goals in sync. There are strong projects with great long-term potential everywhere. I find people who fit well with that opportunity and desire to reap the profit possibilities (without the hands-on hassles). Once acquired, our group manages and oversee the investment for the group.Also:I know many people with very diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise and I love to find ways to match them up. I cut my teeth in college at a TV station and continued that course for many years. I freelanced on film and video sets for approx. 15 years and then started my own production company. I currently own an Avid editing system and still work on various projects though my main focus in now in real estate.
