Responsible for the development of certain scientific aspects with collaborators and partners. The role will include development, coordination, and preparation of the annual research endeavours of the JRP Internship as well as a focus on scientific collaborations between the JRP Alumni along with stakeholders.

Assisting in coordinating and running the scientific efforts of the programme, with particular focus on the JRP Internship. The role included preparing and contributing to scientific projects including several insight reports, an anthological textbook, and academic papers. Responsibility for technical aspects of the website was added in the later years.

Educational, developmental, and organisational psychology working with municipal institutions for the development, well-being, and education of children and adolescence. Clients include children and adolescence themselves, their parents and families, kindergartens and schools, social services and politicians within both the regular and specialised systems. Tasks include specialised counselling and consultancy, assessment and testing, professional development and supervision, coaching and therapy, as well as political and pre-admission advisory.

Conducting and reporting meta-analyses on early child language interventions at TrygFonden's Centre For Child Research.

Conducting research, under supervision of Dr Kai Ruggeri, on healthcare within health services, organisations, and workplaces, with foci on effects, well-being, and policy.

Conducted meta-analytic reviews, under supervision of Prof Dorthe Bleses, on interventions on child language development. Main responsibilities were assessment of studies, data collection, and effect calculations. Work partly utilised with EPPI Reviewer.

I was working as a Junior Researcher on a research project entitled: Work engagement & performance: Does the (mis)alignment of justice sources matter? Under the supervision of Dr Ana Jakopec, Univeristy of Rijeka, Croatia, and along with five other psychology students, each from a different European country, we developed and ran the project. Preliminary results were presented at the 2015 JRP Conference in Cambridge.

Internship as a psychologist in Educational Psychological Counselling. Work included assessment and screening of children and adolescence, while thereof advising and supervising parents, pedagogic staff, and teachers. Collaborations with social services and psychiatry was sometimes part of the tasks. Additionally, I helped run a protocol-based CBT-group for second and third graders with anxiety.

Webmaster of the editorial staff on Sund & Hed with responsibility for the online platform, social media, and print distribution. I occationally contributed with articles and reviews.
