IDEAL (Individuals Dedicated to Enabling Accessibility in Life) is a 501c3, non-profit Employee Business Partner (EBP) at Nokia that supports people with disabilities and those who are neurodivergent at Nokia and in the community.This all-volunteer, employee-led organization partners with Nokia to create an inclusive professional environment that embraces diversity, and supports all employees in the realization of their full potential through education, awareness, and increased accessibility. IDEAL leads support groups at Nokia for various types of disabilities and neurodiversity. IDEAL works with community organizations that provide services to adults/children with disabilities, and organizes corporate teams to raise funds to fight disabling diseases. IDEAL is a global organization with members in eight countries.

VALOR-USA is an Employee Business Partner (EBP) at Nokia that supports U.S. military veterans at Nokia, their families, and veterans in the community.VALOR-USA appreciates the unique skills, expertise, knowledge, training, and leadership that veterans acquired in their vast experiences. This all-volunteer, employee-led organization strives to remove stereotypes and negative perceptions of veterans in the workplace, and create a work environment where all employees can thrive and contribute to the success of Nokia. VALOR-USA works with the community to support veterans that need help.

ShareToCare Americas is an Employee Business Partner (EBP) at Nokia that supports the health and wellbeing of Nokia employees in the USA and Canada.ShareToCare Americas is an all-volunteer, employee-led support network that facilitates open dialogue in a safe space to promote strength through sharing, build belonging, reduce isolation and stigma about mental health, encourage people to ask for help when they need it, and to feel supported when they do, encourage people to access the right support early, and create a psychologically safe workplace where people feel safe to be who they are.
