Linda is real estate continuing education course provider, author and instructor. She is on the Florida REALTOR® faculty, teaches classes through the Georgia Realtors Partners in Education Program, is a Tennessee Real Estate Commission approved provider and instructor. She is approved to teach NAR’s Green Designation People, Property, Planet, Prosperity and their ABR elective New Home Construction & Buyer Representation. Linda has been writing and teaching continuing education courses in her areas of expertise since 2010. These courses are centered on Environmental Concerns, Green/Energy Efficiency, Commercial Real Estate, Development, Construction, Negotiating and Networking. Linda obtained her real estate license in 2005 and brings a unique perspective to the real estate field as she also has 20+ years of experience as an environmental consultant working on projects throughout Florida. For more than 10 years Linda was actively involved with the local Home Builders and Contractors Association allowing her to gain important contacts and knowledge on “green” building techniques and improving a home’s energy efficiency. Linda has been awarded NAR’s Green Designation.Linda is currently an active commercial real estate agent specializing in all non-residential property types. Linda uses this expertise to assist customers in all areas of commercial real estate. Linda also uses this experience to assist Owners and Buyers regarding the intricacies of developing/optimizing/selling and buying environmentally-challenged property.
