In 2021, I retired after serving 27 years in federal law enforcement within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. In 2022, I decided to follow my heart & build a business in the area of life coaching & consulting. I have spent most of my life as a public servant. I hold the ability to have served my country in the highest esteem. During my federal career, I have received numerous awards and promotions. I never lost sight of the importance of serving and caring for people, fulfilling the mission, and the reasons for which I was entrusted to lead, all of which has helped to anchor me more in my purpose. Various core competencies of leading change, leading people, being results driven, that of business acumen and building coalitions are vital to my coaching practice because serving purposefully and with excellence is the standard. People are the most valuable asset to any business and company, and I believe people are filled with intrinsic value and limitless worth.As a certified Christian Life Coach, a mother, business owner and breast cancer survivor, I understand that in life there will be challenges and how well we navigate those challenges determines greatly the outcome. After all, life takes strategy and intentionality towards creating and living the life you desire and deserve. No one can step into your purpose and walk out your destiny but you.
