Managed large corporate wide efficiency programs focused on both cost cutting and revenue generation. Coordinated the cross functional support required for timely implementation including technology and capital requirements, managing business delivery, reporting financial impact, internal communications, investor reporting, risk and regulatory control.Selected Achievements:➢ Project TOP (Tapping our Potential) - Led a team of 10 project managers through the implementation of a $600MM, 1,200 project, cost cutting and revenue generating program implemented over 2 years. Efforts included coordination with the Business, Technology, Finance, HR, Communications, Investor Relations, Risk and Compliance. Designed and developed reporting database. Reported progress monthly to the Executive Committee and Regulators.➢ Finance Transformation – Led the implementation of a Global Finance Transformation program for RBS Americas including Citizens Financial Group. The program included implementing Lean Management practices across the Finance division, converting to a common General Ledger across all of RBS, and evaluating and implementing site consolidation strategies where efficiencies could be gained.
