As part of an after-hours team, I coordinated per diem staffing for healthcare professionals. This involved staffing for 26 Nursefinders' office locations and hundreds of facilities across the country from close of business to opening hours the next day. Through instrumental performance, I was promoted to Team Lead and later to Supervisor. A year later, family expansion and work/ life balance needs required stepping down and back into the Team Lead role where I remained for another 3 years.

Led a team of fraud investigators responsible for implementing proactive strategies to detect, investigate, and mitigate fraud cases effectively. Enhanced overall team performance by evaluating performances, and providing regular coaching, feedback, and skill development opportunities.
