I am a strategic planner and business writer with an MBA and experience in both the nonprofit and business sectors. I develop plans, strategies, and solutions that empower organizations to become more impactful. I have experience leading collaborative teams in strategy, development, marketing, and business startup. I also have experience serving clients and customers through professional services, retail and real estate sales, and social services. My ultimate career goal is to utilize both my leadership and client interface experience to create measurable impact in dynamic professional environments.I began my career as a COBOL programmer and then staff/senior consultant in the Change Management practice of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in Atlanta and was recruited as an Instructional Designer to The Coca-Cola Company. Upon a move to San Francisco, I co-founded OM Records, an independent label operating since 1995. Back in Atlanta, I developed and operated a real estate business and co-founded Red Handed Style, a women's clothing retail business. I joined the world of non-profit in 2012 by working as the Director of Development & Delivery at Georgia Center for Opportunity in Norcross. I worked as the Sr. Director of Strategy & Development at City of Refuge in downtown Atlanta and held my most recent role as the VP of Strategy & Evaluation at Families First, also on the Westside of Atlanta.
