I am a Senior Business Analyst with a passion for coaching clients and colleagues to address their business process pain points and implement tools and software solutions that make them competitive with their market peers. I am known as a strong project lead, quick to take ownership while also taking the time to mentor and develop junior resources. As a Business Analyst, I enjoy the variety in my work - and the opportunity to constantly learn new things. I believe the best business analysts have an extensive toolkit of templates and analysis techniques as well as a keen ability to “read the room,” with innate and experiential understanding of the cultural norms and true needs of their stakeholders.With a background in the financial industry and operations, I excel at seeing the big picture as well as the underlying details to build solutions. These attributes were vital when I helped lead development of a new utility for the mortgage industry which had to be deployed by 17 IT development teams using a combination of traditional waterfall and agile scrum approaches. I enjoyed being both the calming influence and the glue that connected the dots across all efforts that resulted in a successful release to the market 3 years later. In my spare time, my husband and I design and build unique wood and glass art pieces. You will often see us at craft fairs selling our creations.
