Real estate offers me the opportunity to help people accomplish their goal of buying or selling property, and since 1986 that has been my full-time occupation. Real estate sometimes offers twists and turns, and my love for problem solving as well as my enjoyment of getting to know and being able to serve clients has helped make it a career that I thoroughly enjoy.My goal is to continue to offer exceptional service and be a trusted advisor. To do that, I must continue to grow professionally by participating in classes that enable me to be current on the ever-changing rules. I keep up with today's technology, and use it effectively in my work.Specialties: With special certifications for relocation business, including Cartus and USAA, I welcome inquiries from people who may need my expertise in these areas. I get a personal satisfaction from helping first-time home buyers make that initial purchase.I help people who are selling/buying in other cities by referring them to an experienced agent to service their needs. I can help "anybody anywhere, whether buyer or seller", by using our excellent referral system.
