I was with Griffin Companies for 40 years directing the planning, budgeting and daily operations of both commercial and multi family properties. I endeavored to manage my properties as if they were my own, and worked hard to achieve my client's goals and objectives. I had the pleasure of working with several really fine clients who helped make my job very rewarding.I earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and was a Certified Instructor for the organization in the past. I was President of the Minnesota Chapter of IREM in 1990, and was voted CPM of the Year in 1993.
