Dr. Linda Tirado is a management consultant and psychologist who has studied leadership and team development for more than thirty-five years. She co-founded Strayer Consulting Group in the mid-80s with a focus on organization and leadership development in the high tech and life science industries. Linda has been involved with hundreds of CEOs, executives, venture partners and Boards around organization, leadership and team development. She has consulted to both public companies such as Roche Pharmaceutical and Intel, and non-profits including The Anita Borg Institute and One Economy around change management, organization development and M&A integration. Linda drives the Strayer Tirado Venture Capital and Private Equity consultation practice, and has been interviewed by a number of publications around industry challenges, including PE Hub, The Deal, and the Venture Capital Journal. She also is a frequent lecturer around Silicon Valley, addressing a variety of audiences from Stanford Medical School to the Haas School of Business She has a long list of clients in the industry, including: NEA, Silver Lake Partners, Kaufman Fellows Foundation, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Trinity Ventures, Mayfield Fund and Intel Capital.
