Bij Cobra Systems ben ik begonnen als technisch (uitvoerend) project manager en ben me uiteindelijk meer gaan specialiseren op het gebied van design en gebruiksonderzoek. In the CMD (Communication and Multimedia Design) program, I serve as a teacher and coach across various subjects, mainly project management courses. The focal point of my role revolves around personalized coaching, where I collaborate with students to enhance their self-confidence and self-reliance. Additionally, I act as a mentor, guiding students in their academic journey, and provide training and coaching in areas such as presentation skills, networking, job hunting, and managing stress in challenging situations.Once a year, I conduct a personally crafted course for a group of students, covering topics such as mindset, self-presentation, self-confidence, and cultivating healthy habits. The goal is to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable student experience, while also preparing them to approach potential employers with confidence and readiness for the professional world.
