As an outgoing and gregarious person I value personal relationships. My fulfillment comes from the accomplishments and triumphs that I observe in the people I work with. For 30 years, I have worked to help others strengthen their skills and develop their self-confidence. Creating a positive environment, facilitating learning and fostering growth have been at the heart of my activities in the areas of education and international corporate training. Living abroad has enabled me to adapt an empathetic approach to the challenges of cross-cultural communication. Within the scope of my work, I have designed and developed specialized training programs aimed at developing a comprehensive range of skills including :• the basics of ESL/EFL language development for all ages- primary, middle and high school, post-bac business and engineering schools, Master students and professional training• the preparation of Cambridge exams, TOEIC and TEOFL• the travel and integration of French students in the United States• the subtleties of communicating with effectiveness and diplomacy• the ability to collaborate internationally with language and cultural awareness • the fundamentals of management – motivating teams, engaging collaborators, organizing and carrying out projects, etc.This is an overview of the many services I passionately share with learners of all types. However, I am intrigued and motivated by new challenges. I envision with enthusiasm the direction my professional path can take. I believe we all have yet to discover everything that we are capable of accomplishing. To quote one of my favorite authors, Shel Silverstein, “All the colors I am inside, have not been invented yet”.
