I have a passion for growing people's talents and ideas, and I am really into leveraging digital technology to shape the future of work. My main drivers are Fire and Water, which make me look for new challenges (Fire) to solve in the space of human to human connection and collaboration (Water). My pan-European background has given me the wings to explore many different jobs in different places. As a consequence, I have acquired a broad base of experience and skills, some very business, but mostly related to the behaviour of people in teams. In 2016 I finally started investing my talents full-time in what makes me most happy: helping people become an entrepreneur of their own talents so they can grow the right ideas.To do this, I rely on my desire to learn something new each day, which I have been doing through thick and thin over the last 30 years. I gladly apply to the start-up I’m cultivating all that I learnt about professional services, business development and management consulting to leading companies. In my parallel free-lance work with HR consultancies I focus on Talent and Leadership coaching, Career Transformation, Performance Management, HR strategies.Diversity&Inclusion has been my work AND my passion, and is therefore embedded in all the things I do and all the projects I undertake.
