I really like working with people. And I like doing a job which encourages my curiosity.I believe, now more than ever, that being hungry of (trustworthy) information is essential to relate with continuously changing business scenarios, as well as being open to face big and little daily challenges. I have a master degree in Management Engineering, with specialization in logistics. I first met the RFID technology at the RDID Lab, of University of Parma. This path led me to GS1 Italy and since 2010 I've been working with standards for goods identification using radiofrequency technologies and information sharing through the supply chain. I'm also following topics of digital transformation, aiming to help companies improving their business processes and being even more competitive in the market. My approach to problem solving is geared towards finding solutions mainly through collaboration and analysis of perspectives other than mine. I worked for almost ten years managing the GS1 Italy Lab, an EPC/RFID testing center that later on became the italian reference point for international GS1 standards. This experience helped me facing new and more interesting challenges such as being the Project Manager of Interno 1, a new space placed in the heart of Milan. It is an area where physical and digital worlds meet together to tell about innovation and digital transformation. My job is about empowering the Concept Center with cutting-edge contents that understand the continuously changing market. Together with the core team, I anticipate company needs, providing them with solid support for their transformation towards the future.
