Compensation and Benefits Sr Manager: Lead the Senior Program Managers for Incentive Strategies & Benefits. Led the design, deployment and education of the Canadian services and sales incentive plans. Established effective partnerships with business leaders while driving and coordinating the delivery and implementation of the IBM incentive plan policy.
