• As the e-commerce brand, LetsBuyIt.com Sweden, was closing down their business I got the opportunity to keep the website running via a franchise deal.
• Switched to an ”agency business model” where I let other suppliers and brands sell their products on the website. I promoted it to the 160 000+ strong Swedish member based and took commission on everything that was.
• Turned over approximately 400 000 SEK per month during 12 months

• Part of launching the company on eight European markets in 10 months
• Planned and handled the company’s first press conference in Stockholm and was in charge of the Nordic PR activities.
• Involved and assisted in the first round of funding and later on also the IPO.

• Accounting; handled the supplier ledger and invoice approval processes etc.
