Linda Cramer is the President and Owner of Q10 Government Contracting, a business and proposal development firm which helps qualified firms identify, market, capture, bid, and administer Department of Defense, Federal agency, state, and commercial contracts. After 17 years working for a large, international firm in proposal management and business development, Linda founded two highly successful, 8(a)-certified, ISO 9001:2000 registered Small Disadvantaged Businesses. These firms generated over $109 Million in revenue within a six-year period with 350 employees working on mission-critical contracts in seven geographic locations. Customers included the U.S. Special Operations Command, the U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, various Joint Commands, NASA, and the U.S. Department of Transportation. From $100 Million negotiated best value awards, to simpler competitive task orders, Linda has orchestrated over $4 Billion in contract awards. Linda is a Certified Federal Contracts Manager. She is the author of comprehensive training packages in Proposal Development, Marketing and Capture, Contracts Administration, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and Government Preference Programs. Linda is the former President and Chapter co-Founder of Women In Defense Greater Hampton Roads (WIDGHR). She is also a 2011 Women in Business Honoree (Inside Business, Hampton Roads).
