As the Founder of Leading Women Entrepreneurs (LWE), our mission is to create a sustainable ongoing environment that brings leaders together and showcases their attributes and contributions. We raise the visibility platform for women leaders and professionals through our events, media partnerships, membership, global retreats and corporate rewards, retention and mentorship system. In 2020, we expanded our platform by honoring men, women and companies who are a Force for Change in their field for the new decade. I am a Wall Street Alumni and former corporate executive for multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Merrill Lynch and UBS. As an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies, I use both my experiential and academic knowledge in consulting and public speaking engagements with a focus on the importance of authoritative marketing, business development, attracting and retaining top talent, diversity, branding, community relations and mentorship. As a hands on entrepreneur, with experience building products from the ground up, I have created multiple platforms to advance leaders.I believe that entrepreneurs and women leaders are the architects of change and that it is our responsibility to lift each other up personally & professionally & to explore diverse perspectives. As a result, I created a platform which connects leaders with the resources they need to reach their ultimate goals.We implemented a global twist through our International entrepreneurial retreats in countries as diverse as Norway, Ireland, Cuba, Spain & more.I am proud to have worked with some of the most influential leaders including Chaka Khan, Tory Burch, Senator Cory Booker and have been a featured presenter for many corporations, universities and business forums. I received the 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award from NJBIZ, The Top 50 women in business Award, and considered a subject area expert who has been featured in national news organizations, including Newsweek, Women’s Day, and Fox, as well as the New Jersey Monthly Magazine, NJBIZ, and more.
