In this world of uncertainty and divisiveness, I believe it's up to each of us to lean in, to find others we can work with, to collaborate to build a better world than we can alone, to learn to listen to each other, to understand that each person's background culture, their personality, and their current environment all tie together to make them who they are.I do my part in making the world into what I believe it should be by working with teams and companies to make their visions a reality, to build strong and positive teams, to think about the culture they're creating in their companies. And, I spend a lot of time with youth who are just developing their approach to the world. Nothing is so amazing as giving people of all ages the tools to work together well and to realize that we're all stronger if each person has a voice and we are all contributing the best we can.Skills Team building: Strong focus on team building skills for all ages utilizing a wide variety of tools such as personalities and their interactions (MBTI, DISC, KLLP), individual strengths (Gallup Strengths Finder), learning styles (Gregorc, VARK), team interaction & development (Tuckman, Belbin team types), communication (Bono’s Six Thinking Hats, a variety of team building activities).Leadership: Leader and builder of a broad range of community and educational organizations and teams. Focused on turning vision into building infrastructures that create community, collaboration, and team achievements. Marketing and finance: Self-employed consulting business for over 20 years encompassing long and short-term market research projects, marketing program audits, survey design and statistical analysis, training program evaluations, and web/print media design.Passion: Through strong, collaborative leaders, we can change the world for the better. However, I also know that changing the world sometimes takes longer than one expects.
