Extensive experience in governance, performance, project and financial management in large organisations, including in-depth experience on capital projects of all sizes.Held roles responsible in:- developing, managing and maintaining governance frameworks across large capital project portfolios, including project management toolsets, budgeting, forecasting, variance and sensitivity analysis, change management, risk management and reporting through to executive teams and Boards- developing and maintaining governance frameworks in large businesses divisions and across entity - commercial finance business partnering with executive teams - providing technical expertise in business cases and Board papers including options analysis to support transparent decision making- providing commercial and financial risk management advice on tenders, supply and customer contracts- identifying, developing, implementing process improvement opportunities across businesses, and- coaching and developing project leaders and teams in project governance and undertaking gate reviews.
