Linda Wurzbach is the president and founder of Resources for Learning, LLC (RFL), a company that provides high-quality, customized services to state departments of education and other learning organizations. She has over 25 years of experience in education, with a focus on beginning teacher development and support, performance assessment, and professional learning. She holds an MEd and a BS from the University of Texas at Austin.At RFL, Linda leads and manages teams that support the implementation of innovative learning initiatives in various areas, such as the science of reading, CTE, out-of-school-time learning, fine arts, STEM, and social and emotional learning. She also oversees the development of curriculum, assessments, and multimedia products, as well as the conduct of research and evaluation. Linda is passionate about creating equitable and inclusive learning environments that meet the needs of all students, especially those traditionally underserved by K-12 education. She leverages her expertise in team building, leadership development, group facilitation, and strategic planning to achieve this mission.
