WSOTS contract financial management. Pricing of systems adaptation requirement task orders. Earned value analysis of monthly costs. Forecasting and budgeting. Monthly invoicing and tracking of payments. Analysis of financial performance metrics; revenues, sales, profitability, etc.

During my time in this position, I have revised the methods previously used for EVMS reporting saving a minimum of 10 man hours per month manipulating data in Deltek MPM* and creating an excel based report which is more automated, easier to read and understand, and a better day-to-day financial management tool. I have streamlined and fully documented the invoicing process which was used as a "best practices" demonstration for DCAA auditors. I have also created methods for analyzing contract financial data and generating reports using Microsoft queries. I was asked to teach my peers this method and it is now incorporated in the standard processes of other corporately managed contracts.All other accounting duties as described below.

Fully responsible for the project billing process in accordance with the GAAP, FAR Cost Accounting Principles, and ITT billing policy. --- Effectively communicate with Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders and other contract modifications, approvals, and any additional services-related to billing. --- Reconciled and collected on invoices that were unpaid and greater than 90 past due in the first 2 months in this position. --- Responsibility for a large program with locations around the world, multiple contract types, and an average of over 30 different invoices prepared per month with no delays or interruptions. --- Manage multiple contracts with over $1million dollars in project invoicing and revenues per month.

Designed and developed cost/financial models to forecast project profitability. --- Make recommendations on methods, procedures and techniques used for pricing proposals. --- Work closely with several different functional departments in coordinating pricing efforts. --- Develop presentations for Management for in-process reviews that detailed open pricing issues and proposal status. --- Was selected as primary Pricing Analyst for all Security/Force Protection proposals. --- Department resource for Microsoft Excel troubleshooting and formula validation.

Researched, collected and maintained competitive intelligence information and conducted market evaluations for potential new business. Designed and maintained spreadsheet models to track and forecast sales and order input goals for Strategic Plan development. Evaluated and tested software, data products and service subscriptions used to conduct market evaluations. Managed development of the Strategic Plan for the period 1999-2004 and the Operating Plan
