I have over 30 years engineering experience including extensive project management of full-cycle new product development. My two major professional passions are innovative new product development and the professional growth of people. I have several years experience as a design team supervisor, experience supervising a manufacturing team and over 15 years project management. My project management experience includes voice of customer (VOC), team resource, schedule management, project budget, stage-gate new product development (NPD), and product life-cycle management (PLM). Experience Supervising in a manufacturing environment ensures my products are designed for manufacturability. I am a strong supporter of development tools including failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), Concept selection tools, design for manufacture (DFM), and 8D problem solving. My track record speaks clearly of my drive and passion for successful and innovative new product development.
