Managing institutional, commercial and residential projects with BIM platforms to coordinate among consultants, and assisting the business development, pursuits, and marketing efforts.

The project provides oversight management services for the CDBG-MIT grant. Subrecipients access funds through a process carried out by PRDoH. CSA, as a subcontractor to HGA, supports all necessary processes for PRDoH to execute the program. The program aims to change reactive disaster spending to proactive investment in community resilience. Mr. Lind works as a Project administator in Performing initial reviews and comment of Applications, Draw Requests, Change Orders, Subrecipient Agreement Amendments, Budget Revisions, and Closeout Documentation package, Coordinates and performs review of subrecipient’s construction documentation at 30% and 90% of development and performs risk assessment evaluations of application projects eligible for CDBG-MIT.

Designing exterior facades and interior layouts in both cutting edge and affordableprojects. In charge of BIM management; coordinating graphics between the firm’sprevious project standards. Drafting overall layouts to details in Construction Documentsets. Detailing Passive House envelopes based on consultants drafts. Verifying sets forDOB and HPD submissions. Researching materials and manufacturers for photovoltaic arrays.

Designing proposals for rural developments. Modeling and drafting diagrammaticpresentations as well as rendering 3D models. Measuring and surveying in field to draftas builts. Designing advertising material for architectural proposals.
