To do so, I:• Guide and support a team of paid staff and volunteers in the implementation and coordination of the programme. • Keep sight of the needs of the participants by engaging in conversation and asking for feedback. • Monitor the quality and impact of the programme, and respond adequately when necessary.• Welcome and stimulate initiatives from newcomers by offering a place and needed support. • Build and maintain connections with (partner)organisations in the city and find synergy and collaboration in the programme where suitable.• Contribute to finding and responding to financial opportunities that suit our vision.
