I am a manager, system architect and technical project manager combined. Working with people and technology to bring the most out of both to deliver the best business benefit possible is always my goal and main driver. Managing a team or working as part of one does not matter, I tend to end up in a role driving change and improvements with a mixture of technical and social skills, a mixture which is also my main strength.I am able to have low level technical discussions with engineers as well as present to senior management. I can explain how technical solutions contribute to governing business goals to both audiences.I have been driving multi million dollar projects, designing redundant hardware and network solutions, as well as working with processes, both Service Mangament (ITIL), Scrum/Kanban and Dev/Ops. The borderline between software development and operations is one of the areas I enjoy fully.
