I hold the responsibility for driving the success of various critical processes, including order fulfillment, hardware shipment from our Denver office, and the assembly of access control systems. These processes encompass a wide range of tasks, such as order entry, validation, approval, and fulfillment. Collaborating closely with Sales, Support, and Accounting, I play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery of orders both domestic and international, and forging strong relationships with parcel carriers, vendors, and other fulfillment centers along the way. Regulate the inventory and pricing of products available on the online store, delegate sought-after pre-order items, and handle credit card problems with the help of multiple third-party software. Maintain close coordination with distinguished suppliers, distributors, and vendors.Proficiently administer multiple high-volume sales events in a year in order to administer the release of high-in-demand products; ensure on-time release of products for specific events and other normal releases/restock events. Supervise a group of 4 staff members on back-end store operations including managing large order quantities on a daily basis; manage shipments and delegate tasks to each team member based on their capabilities and skillset.
